Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy explains how ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By using the website you agree to this policy.
1. Who is responsible
We are the "responsible party" for your information. You can contact us, or our Information Officer, here:
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, company name (optional) and a password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and verified email address from Google.
- Orders and quotes: what you order or ask us to quote, delivery address, the artwork or images you upload, and any notes.
- Messages: what you send us through the website, with your name and email.
- Payment status: whether an order was paid. Card and bank details are entered on PayFast's page. We never see or store them.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends to any website (such as IP address), used for security and to stop abuse.
3. Why we use it
- To create and run your account, and to sign you in.
- To prepare quotes, produce and deliver your orders, take payment and send you order updates.
- To reply to your messages and give support, including password reset emails.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to run the service:
- PayFast processes payments on our behalf.
- Our web hosting and email provider stores the website data and sends emails for us.
- Google, if you choose "Sign in with Google", and for the fonts the website loads from Google Fonts (your browser contacts Google when a page loads).
- Delivery and installation partners, who receive only the name, address and contact details needed to deliver or install your order.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and browser storage
- A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for the website to work.
- Your browser's local storage remembers your cart and display preferences on your device.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can clear cookies and stored data in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to sign in.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to deal with orders, complaints and warranty claims. We keep financial records for the period required by law (currently five years for tax purposes). After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (https) connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to administration is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn that your information has been compromised, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (unless we must keep it by law), and you may object to how we use it. Contact us at . We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
9. Children
This website is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
