Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every visit to this website and to every order or quote you place with us. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. By creating an account, requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.

2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- Give us correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You can sign in with your email and password or with your Google account. We can close accounts that are used unlawfully or to abuse the service.
3. Products, quotes and prices
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices shown on the website exclude VAT. VAT of 15% is added at checkout where it applies.
- We try to keep product information and prices correct. If we find an error we will tell you before we start work, and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- Custom quotes are prepared from the details you give us and are valid for 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. Work on a quote starts only once you have accepted it and paid.
4. Orders and payment
- Your order is only confirmed once your payment has been received and the order shows as "Payment received" in your account.
- Payments are processed by PayFast (a payment service provider). You pay on PayFast's secure page, and we never see or store your card details. PayFast's own terms apply to the payment.
- If a payment fails or is cancelled, your order stays unpaid and you can pay again later from the Orders page.
5. Artwork, proofs and your content
- You promise that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images and text you send us, and that they are not unlawful, defamatory or an infringement of anyone else's rights. We may refuse any job that breaks this rule.
- Please check spelling, sizes, colours and quantities carefully before you approve artwork or pay. We print what you approve.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen than in print, and slight variations can occur between print runs. This is normal for the industry.
6. Production and delivery
- Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you informed if something will take longer.
- We confirm delivery, collection or installation arrangements with you after your order is placed. Please make sure the address you give is complete and correct.
- Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you when they are delivered to you or collected by you.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy. Most of our products are made specially for you, which affects what can be returned.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the AweSum Brands name and logo, and our own designs belong to us. Your artwork stays yours. You allow us to use it only to produce your order, and, if you agree, to show our finished work.
9. Our responsibility
- We take reasonable care to produce goods and services of good quality, on time, as described.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as power failures, courier delays or supplier problems.
- Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other South African law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
